Brass & Percussion Workshops
About this event
Townsville Brass is holding a brass and percussion workshop for players across Townsville. This workshop is designed for trumpet, cornet, trombone, euphonium, baritone, French horn, and tuba players, as well as percussion players of all levels, from developing beginners to more experienced school musicians.
The workshop will be tailored to the levels of the registered participants and will provide students with the opportunity to strengthen their playing skills, work alongside other local musicians, and learn in a supportive, encouraging environment. Sessions will focus on practical playing skills, ensemble confidence, sound production, musicianship and the enjoyment of ensemble playing.
Whether you started playing this year (and have a range of at least 6 notes) or have been playing for many years, there is a spot for you.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play together in a non-competitive environment and to be mentored by experienced brass players.
