A family is defined as two or more persons who are related by blood, marriage (regular or de facto as that term is defined under the Family Law Act 1975), adoption, step or fostering, and who are usually resident in the same household.


A family discount is available to families that meet the following conditions:

  • one member is a Standard Member who pays the full Standard Member fee;
  • the second or subsequent members of the family will be entitled to a 50% discount on their member fee, provided that if the second or subsequent member is a child of the Standard Member (whether through blood, adoption, step or fostering), the child is 21 years or younger, or 24 years or younger if studying full-time at school, college or university.
